Torchy's Tacos

     Michael Rypka, the Torchy's founder, opened his first taco truck in Austin, Texas in 2006. Rypka built his business on free chips and homemade salsa and tacos that were quickly labeled as "damn good." This fast food restaurant chain has 50 locations and is still growing. Torchy's Tacos has been dubbed "America's Best Tacos." Aside from tacos, they're also known for their queso and chips.      The Turkey Leg Hut is a fan favorite that is making a big splash! They provide a variety of foods, but their specialty is undoubtedly turkey legs. $14 for the famous Turkey Leg, a slowly smoked turkey leg with a special ingredient and spice. The skin literally peels away from the bones. Flavored Turkey legs are $16,  Increase the taste by adding more sauce. $24 for a stuffed turkey leg. Lotus Seafood

     Lotus Seafood began as a single restaurant, but it swiftly expanded to three more sites in the Houston area. Braeswood, Kirkwood, Pearland, and Veterans are among the communities. With their specialties, the Seafood and Wings immediately became the talk of the town. At all of their sites, the company takes pride in serving fresh local fish. Trout, tilapia, and catfish are among the seafood alternatives, while shrimp, crabs, and oysters are among the shellfish options. Po-boys, Asian noodles, and a selection of chicken wings are available for non-seafood diners.       Lotus Seafood can be ordered online and picked up or delivered using Doordash, Grubhub, or Uber eats. The MOD Pizza Party

     Scott and Ally Svenson, husband and wife, launched MOD in their hometown of Seattle in 2008. They began to explore whether there was a better way to do pizza and business after being inspired by their own search for quick, affordable, healthful restaurant options for their growing family. Another pizza joint was the last thing the world needed, but perhaps this one will be different. What if everyone could get exactly what they wanted, manufactured fresh on demand and for the cheapest price possible? The Waffle Bus Adventure

    The Waffle Bus, a local food truck in Houston, sells a range of chicken and waffle sandwiches, as well as a variety of waffle fries. Spicy Mayo, Ancho Chile Honey Butter, Thunder Sauce, and Stormy Sauce are among the exotic sauces available. After his $950.000 success in 2017, Nguyen expanded by introducing an actual seating restaurant.
