Lotus Seafood
Lotus Seafood began as a single restaurant, but it swiftly expanded to three more sites in the Houston area. Braeswood, Kirkwood, Pearland, and Veterans are among the communities. With their specialties, the Seafood and Wings immediately became the talk of the town. At all of their sites, the company takes pride in serving fresh local fish. Trout, tilapia, and catfish are among the seafood alternatives, while shrimp, crabs, and oysters are among the shellfish options. Po-boys, Asian noodles, and a selection of chicken wings are available for non-seafood diners.
Lotus Seafood can be ordered online and picked up or delivered using Doordash, Grubhub, or Uber eats. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sundays. With several locations across the city, this seafood spot has developed from a you-buy-it-we-fry-it concept to a cult classic. Lunch and dinner lineups at the original in southwest Houston are frequently out the door. There's nothing this establishment won't fry, including whole lobster tails, true to its roots. Try them over some of Louisiana's famed fried rice.
Despite the fact that Lotus has multiple locations, the ratings are evenly split between four and five stars. This restaurant was recommended by a coworker, and we had lunch here. Now that I think about it, it appears that being at work is what drove me to try all these different restaurants. It was so wonderful that I got some more less than a week later after getting a taste for it. The boiled shrimp was delicious and had just the proper amount of heat. The crack sauce is out of this world! The rice is excellent, and I appreciate the spicy spice. When my friends visit, I always recommend this. Lotus Seafood is growing every day, they're working on a new website and even a food truck. I wish you luck and delicious cuisine!
