The MOD Pizza Party
Scott and Ally Svenson, husband and wife, launched MOD in their hometown of Seattle in 2008. They began to explore whether there was a better way to do pizza and business after being inspired by their own search for quick, affordable, healthful restaurant options for their growing family. Another pizza joint was the last thing the world needed, but perhaps this one will be different. What if everyone could get exactly what they wanted, manufactured fresh on demand and for the cheapest price possible? What if employees were paid as much as they could and given genuine possibilities for advancement, including second chances? All of this sounded fantastic, and Scott and Ally were shortly opening the first MOD Pizza in downtown Seattle.
MOD Pizza is a privately held company with more than 500 outlets as of May 2021. MOD has over 30 different spontaneous toppings, is extremely fast, and always has a set pricing. The pre-made recipes or make your own Mini, MOD, MEGADOUGH, as well as four pre-made salad recipes or your own. Drinks from the fountain are provided as well as sides and desserts. MOD is more than just a pizza place; it's a movement, and they provide nutrition and allergen information to their customers.
MOD has so many sites, it has a wide range of ratings, the majority of them are between 3-5 stars. It's my first time tasting MOD Pizza, which is conveniently located near my workplace. In general, the service was excellent, and I had no trouble placing my order. I made my own 11-inch pizza, and when it came out of the oven, the personnel called your name and asked what kind of extra sauce you wanted on it to finish it off (ranch, buffalo, sriracha, pesto, etc) My pizza was delicious! I liked the flavors I selected. I also bought the No Name Cake, which was fantastic! Inside was a chocolate cake with a white cream frosting. It's truly divine. I offer MOD Pizza two thumbs up and hope they continue to grow in every manner possible. I encourage you try it at a location near you.
