The Waffle Bus Adventure

    The Waffle Bus, a local food truck in Houston, sells a range of chicken and waffle sandwiches, as well as a variety of waffle fries. Spicy Mayo, Ancho Chile Honey Butter, Thunder Sauce, and Stormy Sauce are among the exotic sauces available. After his $950.000 success in 2017, Nguyen expanded by introducing an actual seating restaurant. Announcing the new structure The Waffle Bus made the following announcement: "We’ve provided the Houston streets with award-winning waffle creations of all kinds for the last 10 years.     The Waffle Bus is available for delivery through Doordash, or you may order it online and pick it up. The restaurant is located at 1835 N Shepherd Dr., Houston, TX 77008, and is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight. The Bus is located at 1835 N Shepherd Dr, Houston, TX 77008, and is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, and from 11 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

   The Waffle Bus has a four-and-a-half star rating, which isn't perfect, but we all have mishaps and maybe a few Karen's (difficult customers) that'll lower our rating. I recall my first visit to this restaurant, and let me tell you, the cuisine is incredible! I was eager to return the next day. The chicken is moist and flavorful. The waffle is savory, juicy, and delicious. The waffle fries are fantastic, and the thunder and honey butter sauce is out of this world!! Customer service is excellent, and your order is delivered quickly with little wait time. I'd give them five stars because every visit I've had has gone smoothly and met all of my expectations. I hope The Waffle Bus succeeds and expands throughout Houston so that more people can enjoy this fantastic chicken and waffle experience.

     Lotus Seafood began as a single restaurant, but it swiftly expanded to three more sites in the Houston area. Braeswood, Kirkwood, Pearland, and Veterans are among the communities.
