Yard House City Centre

    Yard House is a sports bar chain in the United States with over 80 locations. Yard House was purchased by Darden Restaurants for $585 million in 2012. The Yard House made its East Coast debut in 2010, with a restaurant in the Legacy Place lifestyle center in the Boston suburb of Dedham. Steele Platt and co-founders Tom Yelenick, William Wollrab, and Steve Reynolds founded it in 1996 in Long Beach, California, and it is now headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Yard House is run by a domestic restaurant group in mainland China; Yard House USA, Inc. and Darden do not own the brand. The Yard House slogan is, "At Yard House, our passion for great beer, great food and great music runs deep. you'll find the world’s largest selection of draft beer along with a diverse menu inspired by our California roots."

    The restaurant serves a wide range of cuisine, with a focus on fusion dishes. It also places a strong emphasis on craft beer. There are over 100 beers on tap at each location. They also serve a tasting platter of various beers. Yard House is a top chain restaurant, with an overall rating of four or five stars.

    I went to the City Centre location of Yard House. This is a good and enjoyable place to eat. There are so many options, and the service is always professional and above our expectations. It's especially impressive how they maintain a constant fast pace even when the place is packed. There is a lovely full bar with numerous options. The atmosphere is both relaxing and enjoyable. Arrive early because it always seems to get crowded later in the evening (Try their buffalo wings.) Since my first visit, I've had lunch there a few times while at work and have never been disappointed. Without a doubt, a fantastic location.

The MOD Pizza Party

     Scott and Ally Svenson, husband and wife, launched MOD in their hometown of Seattle in 2008. They began to explore whether there was a better way to do pizza and business after being inspired by their own search for quick, affordable, healthful restaurant options for their growing family. Lotus Seafood

     Lotus Seafood began as a single restaurant, but it swiftly expanded to three more sites in the Houston area. Braeswood, Kirkwood, Pearland, and Veterans are among the communities. With their specialties, the Seafood and Wings immediately became the talk of the town. At all of their sites, the company takes pride in serving fresh local fish. Trout, tilapia, and catfish are among the seafood alternatives, while shrimp, crabs, and oysters are among the shellfish options. Po-boys, Asian noodles, and a selection of chicken wings are available for non-seafood diners.       Lotus Seafood can be ordered online and picked up or delivered using Doordash, Grubhub, or Uber eats.
